We had a free checkup of our AC by Osceola Air under our Service Agreement yesterday. This service was initiated and booked months in advance by Osceola air, which was convenient for us. Two techs, Carter and Ian, were pleasant, on time, worked quietly and were careful of property. They showed us the buildup of mold inside the evaporator, and we decided to have a coil purification kit installed. They were able to do the installation on the same day after getting the components from their nearby facility. We are very satisfied with this service (rare these days) and know our AC is in good hands when the summer heat starts up again. Read Less

Joel did great, back in January checked the whole system more thoroughly than previous “tune-ups”. Discovered some incomplete installations that should be done for the 3-zone ductwork damper/thermostat system to be operational as intended 4 years ago. Today Daniel & Carter did the complete checkup with operational check of that ductwork damper system verifying each zone output per thermostat commands. Serviced condensation drain, electrical amp draws, refrigerant pressures, rinsed coils…plus some. Excellent communication with understanding my concerns. Today Daniel thoroughly checked my evaporator condensation drain for leakage, finding none, thankfully. There has been old water damage from something else in the vicinity, but not from the air conditioning. Over the last month I’ve had the high winds & rain from hurricanes Helene + Milton, without apparent roof damage, so it’s looking like either plumbing supply or drainage. Today, February 17, 2025, Anthony Proctor single-handedly checked out the whole system thoroughly, purged the drain, cleaned the outside condenser coils, checked the zone duct damper & thermostat controls. All found in good shape, thanks! (It appears that my reviews from last year remain on this post. My water leak discovered last October was found underneath the air handler, the drywall enclosed return air plenum manifold chamber, where PVC drain pipe couplings had opened, flooding the slab & adjacent bedroom carpet.)
