We recently had our entire home A/C system replaced by Osceola Air, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, every team member we worked with was friendly and professional. The quality of work was top-notch, and the results speak for themselves! After the installation, they made sure everything was spotless, answered all of our questions, and even gave us a tour of the new system, explaining some of the science behind how it all works. The whole staff of employees that I was introduced were very polite and courteous. The job was done in a timely matter. The unit did not initially start cooling the house. I called them back and they did return and had to add more coolant. It did eventually start to cool. They returned the next day to check out the unit and again added more coolant and assured me there were no leaks. I do hope it was a fluke with the manufacturer and they did not fill the unit properly with coolant. With that being said the job was done efficiently and I do recommend Osceola air for your HVAC needs. Read Less

I was very impressed! It all started with CC, Daniel, Mike and then installation today. There were two fellows, Johnny and David, they did a wonderful job! They installed new air handler and condenser and sealed a couple registers for us and it went very smooth. My house is cooling as it should. So from the customer service representative on the phone to the installation was one of the best experiences I have had. Daniel was so kind, patient and explained everything to me and my autistic son who was super curious about his presence. Mike delivered a very informative estimate and understood my concerns and did everything to help reach a financial place that was a good fit for our needs. Mike even brought us a window unit to use until install. He worked with us until late in the evening to get an install the next day. The installation manager (Johnny) and his crew were so great. They stayed till almost 8pm to make sure everything worked and any mess was all cleaned up. I highly recommended Osceola Air Read Less
