From start to finish, every team member we worked with was friendly and professional. The quality of work was top-notch, and the results speak for themselves! After the installation, they made sure everything was spotless, answered all of our questions, and even gave us a tour of the new system, explaining some of the science behind how it all works. It’s clear they care about their customers and their work. Highly recommended for anyone needing A/C services—Osceola Air is fantastic! Read Less

5 months agoThe whole staff of employees that I was introduced were very polite and courteous. The job was done in a timely matter. The unit did not initially start cooling the house. I called them back and they did return and had to add more coolant. It did eventually start to cool. They returned the next day ... Read MoreThe whole staff of employees that I was introduced were very polite and courteous. The job was done in a timely matter. The unit did not initially start cooling the house. I called them back and they did return and had to add more coolant. It did eventually start to cool. They returned the next day to check out the unit and again added more coolant and assured me there were no leaks. I do hope it was a fluke with the manufacturer and they did not fill the unit properly with coolant. With that being said the job was done efficiently and I do recommend Osceola air for your HVAC needs. Read Less

Julio ,the technician, was punctual, helpful, nice to talk to, very knowledgeable. He patiently explained the problem to me and quickly resolved the issue with the a/c. The price was reasonable.
